• Due to the personal nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds for any unwanted used products, except for clothing.
  • We encourage all customers to engage with us should they be unsatisfied with the function of the product as in many cases this can be resolved by proper placement and use of the product
    • We handle all customer complaints on a case by case basis and resolve to find an amicable solution per query
  • Should you find your JOLA product to be defective and we can determine it was a default in the manufacturing process, we will replace your product (incl. delivery to you) free of charge
  • Unused and unopened products can be returned for a refund of your purchase price
    • Refunds will only be valid for the purchase price of the item and courier fee’s for the original delivery of the item will not be refunded
    • Refunds are subject to further deductions to cover the courier fee to collect the return, and any applicable bank fee’s to process the refund
